It sounds like the inspector who had “preferences” probably thought it all was instructed okay, but was testing to see if you were serious about running this business and if you have what it takes-to pull through when things get hard. IMO of having a business, it sounds like everything is going good and moving forward on schedule!! Can't wait to see a vlog of your grand opening! The worst thing about doing business is talking to people lol but you seem to be handling it. When you have a passion, you find yourself just plowing through obstacles.
