I’ve had chronic back pain for a while but it’s recently taken a turn for the worse and now I have to have surgery. Having Taylor’s advice about still making plans even if you don’t know if they’re going to work out and enjoying the good days (or even certain hours of days that are good which is all I get for now) have made a world of difference for me. I know that it’s hard for Taylor to talk about and I apologize if this makes her or anyone else sad but I am so so grateful for her presence and perspective. It’s made my life so much better.

Best of luck to you! I had emergency back surgery in April 2014 and had to learn how to walk all over again. I still deal with chronic pain but it has lessened over time. You’ve got this, girl! ♥️♥️♥️

Thank you for always just ... the quality and the care you put into every video clearly shows. I think my favorite is how you as a person always shines through and brightens our day outside of the fabulous honest reviews. That last bit at the end was so heartwarming and I just sjghrd I have no proper words. It was short and sweet but it feels so earnest and real and right back at you. I’m so glad someone is finally recognizing MAC’s Face & Body Foundation!!! I have loved this stuff since I tried a sample 4 years ago and then went back and bought the big bottle lol. I wore it for the 4th of July in triple digit heat with 100% humidity and it looked just as good at the end of the night as when I put in on. Thanks for giving it some love 💜

I use the Becca undereye corrector everyday that I leave the house, even if I don't do a full face of makeup too. I can't set it either because my eyes are sensitive to powder over my corrector on non full face days.

I’ve never tried the discontinued Purito bb cream but I have the new one and it is AMAZING. I will have to order a new bottle soon because I’ve already almost gone through mine. Super full coverage, looks like skin, lasts well with or without powder, covers my acne scars, it is just my all time favorite! I have given away over half of my older foundations to family because I feel content with just my Purito bb cream and a couple other foundations.

Yess! I tried both the Purito and MAC Face & Body because of your suggestion and they are GREAT! I used to love Estee Lauder Double Wear Light, but then I hit 32 and my oily skin suddenly started showing wrinkles when I would wear face products that were too matte. Face & Body is perfect for me (now 36 with what I affectionately call "extreme combo skin") except I am also slightly too pale for the lightest shade.

I use eye primer as face primer one with a tiny to it you get a little bit extra coverage from it plus really keeps your foundations on around your nose chin and forehead I'm using the no 7 one at the moment it's amazing

I recently purchased the new Purito in 21, it is slightly different then the prior formula. I find it more grey- toned which is almost too dark for my skin. My complexion is similar to yours. It is a slightly drier formula , I think they increased the amount of mineral sunscreen in the product and I believe it makes it a drier more sticky consistency. I tested them side by side and the old formula is not as tacky and has a better sheen to it on the skin. I don’t like it as much and unfortunetly bought 2 tubes. 😟

Speaking of primers, I discovered the Clarins Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch. I feel the same way about it as you do the Haley’s. I don’t understand why it’s not on more people’s radar. I’ll use a hydrating primer or oil, and then use the Clarins in my more porous areas. It blends well with the other products, but doesn’t blend away, and I’ve yet to have it look bad under any foundation.

Taylor, I ordered the Purito BB cream. When I first opened it I was like woah, this is too dark and a weird grayish tone!!! Well, turns out it’s one of the closest shade matches for me, very similar to CYO! BUT I woke up with two breakouts which is very unusual for me. I sure hope it’s not this BB cream! I think the background is good, no "distractions". The elf lip plump gloss in Pink Cosmo has been my fav too...lives in my purse!! I've been wanting to try the Becca under eye corrector for a bit now. Also going to buy the CP Stone Cold Fox pallet, been putting it off (I also want the "Thats Taupe & Bare Necessities too). I got the new purito bb cream and it seems about the same to me as far as I can tell! I like to mix it with the pur 4 in 1 foundation or whatever its called. I've only used it 2 or 3 times, but I like it so far!
