The shaken part of the shaken espressos refer to the shots of espresso. They’re shaken in ice with syrup to cool the shots and blend the flavor with the espresso. Then the milk is poured over top.

Same here. Do you guys have issues when the weather changes? It seems like whenever the barometer swings, I suffer. I need to live somewhere with stable weather, maybe the desert? Former starbucks barista hereee, my favorite fall drink is a iced chai tea latte with white mocha 🍁🍂 I normally get a tall but if you wanted a grande i would recommend 3 pumps of chai with 1 white mocha so its not terribly sweet but you get a good combo of flavor!

I just tried microloop extensions for the first time. I normally put in tape in extensions but I'm loving the microloop! So much easier to apply and up keep! I added some with highlights so I also have highlights without using bleach on my own hair.

I am not a coffee drinker (criminal, I know) but I absolutely LOVE a chai latte from Starbucks with oat milk and one pump of toffee nut syrup. The pumpkin chai is a little too intense tasting for my liking, but the toffee & chai combo is SO mellow and delicious!! Also, Beauty Bay has amazing little all matte 9 pan palettes that are great for every day. The Nude and Neutral ones are both excellent - I have to stop myself from reaching for them every day so I actually use other palettes lol. They are my go-to travel palettes

Love your videos as always! I went to TJ Maxx (our TJMax has a Home Goods inside it ) and Target yesterday for the first time in forever. I spent an so much money but I was stocking up for fall and winter. So, I'm set with some new stuff to wear and coordinate with my clothes I already have. Plus, I want to redecorate my bedroom. If you want to try another waking light, get an Amazon glow light. You pair it with the Echo and can set it up in your Alexa app as a routine to wake you up at a certain time and have the light turn on to a light golden glow. It will also start playing music to wake you on your echo at the same time. Such a nicer way to start the day! Plus you can use the glow light for a night light or to set a vibe 🧡

I’m also a diehard square natural nail girl. I do like coffins too w/ acrylics. Too hard to file that shape uniformly. Best way to get a crispy square tip on natural nails I found is use toenail clipper & you can snip all the way across beautifully vs filing & constantly having to keep evening them out cuz it’s not straight.

I popped into a CVS and randomly and bought the LA Girl micro brow pencil in espresso and it seems like a dupe for the NYC micro brow. I also just bought a new XL heating pad for my whole back and neck. It has a good heating variation and is verrry soft. It’s the Ambershine King size Neck and Shoulder heating pad.
