the thumbnail made me think i was going to watch a david goggins speech. i run on the sand barefoot so it improves my agility and it's more difficult. by the way, I rarely saw people run on thai beaches but in vietnam it's more common. also i'm digging the retro action music at thend

😅 i see what you mean about the thumbnail , it does have a “ Goggings look “ . I still need to check out Vietnam 🇻🇳,the beaches in Da Nang looks very nice. The music makes it a little more fun 😄

I was more concerned that I was going to pull the bumper off the car that DJI plus my grip is capable of some damage. Thankfully nothing was damaged 🙏🏾

One last question Do you have any tips on remote work 🧑💻 for an aspiring person who wants to live abroad and what country would you recommend starting from I’m currently in District of Columbia
@tayinternational5 ай бұрын
Depends on a lot but there are a lot of options depending on age and if you already have a career field already or not. There is really no blanket advice that fits everyone .

I keep injuring my feet when I go for longer runs Any tips messed up my big toe on both feet
@tayinternational5 ай бұрын
I would stay with shorter runs for a while and do them 2 to 3 per week so your feet and body can get used to the pounding . But I guess it depends on what kind of “ injuries”

@@tayinternational yea I’ve been running 4 miles a day until last week been down ever since Went about 3 months solid doing that no problem now I’m like really having feet issues I’m sure the sand is low impact
