They should not allow any resort to be build there. The reason being the local community will end up being pushed out. it is fine to allow small hotels and but not holiday complexes. The will section the beaches and post security guards there preventing locals an visitors from enjoying the beach unless they are booked in the hotel complex.

The issue with most developments is they push the locals out, the gentrification of the area around Ibeno beach will most likely make everything expensive and inaccessible to the local population. Conscious investments should definitely be encouraged and developers must take into consideration the people and the environment.
@blackhan57552 жыл бұрын
It's what I'm wary of with the call to invest. It won't be long before they destroy the natural environment and take it away from the people who live there

The like to shout tourism but tourism brings a lot of exploitation sexually and financially. Even the locals will be banned from enjoying the beach. It’s then their eye will clear and they will start fighting.
