In an episode of TTAZZ, Griffin said that he never viewed Lucretia as a villain even though some parts of the fandom do. I was already pro-Lucretia, but this really showed how hard this was for her to bear. Thank you

She forced the people she supposedly cared about most to forget the things they treasured most for twelve years because she was having trouble getting them to agree with her plan. She couldn't get her way so she erased who they were. And basically turned one of them into a mindless servant.

@@Puddlenaut I'd like to add that the reason she felt she had to do this was her trying to help her friends, they were consumed by the guilt of what they had done to the world and she couldn't stand it. As for Davenport she had to keep him close, she never intended him to be some servant but she had to find a good way to keep him around.

Have you checked TAZ yet? You should cause you will cry. First couple episodes are a bit awkward but that's because they are playing it for the first time. But by the end it's incredible and around the crystal kingdom arc there's music made by the DM.

I finished TAZ Balance last week and the amount I’ve replayed this song since then is probably ridiculous but it’s just SO GOOD. The line “I see three men who think they’re meeting for the first time in a bar, but they’re brothers through and through” just WRECKS ME and there’s so many any other heartwrenchingly beautiful parts that I adore, just WOW. I would start listing all the other parts I love but I think I’d just start transcribing every second of this video. ❤️❤️❤️

It occurs to me that what the maclroys did, weithernor not it was on purpose, did something amazing. They made death simultaneously meaningless and the most important thing, the whole arc with them on the ship showed that death wasent what mattered, but what they did with the life leading up to it was. And then there was the day of story and song. That single moment gave so many such importance with there lives that I could not help but cheer there success and mourn their failure. The first arc of TAZ is a work of art, and so far, Amnesty is holding up masterfully.

The adventure zone balance arc is one of my favorite podcasts and its amazing to see what creators can make inspired by something like that.
