I like them and just purchased from Amazon. I just wished they would have left off the word Tarot on every card back. Other than that I love the color scheme of cards. Your walkthrough was great you got straight to it.

I thought the same thing about the back! A gilded gold double’s lions head on the back would’ve been beautiful. The perfect deck! That way you don’t know wether the cards are straight up or reversed.

Yes powerful imagery that had me go back in time remembering all of the ways that I learned history through the wrong lens while being in the midst of beautiful diversity and being so grateful to have reconnected with my turtle Island ancestry to get the whole truth. This deck is transcendent and clears all of the pain of all of the lies away to see the full beauty.

10 of cups is a couple with 2 children with a rainbow above. Why did they make it with a single lady kneeling on the grass? It confused me and was hard to read. This deck I found difficult to read. That 10 of cups though, they really need to fix that

I understand where you are coming from but I think it's important to consider a more progressive image for 10 of Cups. Personally, as a single woman this is what 10 of Cups looks like for me. I know I'm not alone, especially since statistically women are choosing to persue education, careers, and stay single longer. Black women in the US are the most educated demographic currently. I think two parents and a happy family is a nice and classic image, but coming from a two parent home, I can tell you that there are many people I know who had a happier upbringing in single parent homes than I did. This card also reminds me of the Aunties I'd seek out for, emotional support, mentoring and stability. For me, 10 of Cups represents emotional stability and happiness.

So so stunning! I love that the artist used the original rws background colours and how much space they left in the images. Wonderfully balanced. I can already tell that I would want this in a larger format to really soak in the imagery. 💖

Interesting deck. I think the creator could have used the gold stamping more creatively than just putting a halo around most heads. Love the moon card, the 9 of swords, and Queen of Wands. Thanks for sharing this!

I love but deck but the back takes away a littleee from it. Not enough to stop me from buying it but I wish it didn’t say “Tarot” on the back. You're right. This was an error that was corrected in the subsequent editions of the deck.

I prefer the Goddess Arcana. I like the art and color saturation. It feels more familiar.
