You would need to redownload the newer version of ZPU from our site This is currently available on our site at www.zautomotive.com/z-automotive-programming-uti/ Under the software tab, then click the Mac installer

Suggestion: If you could visualize different vehicles as for they gave different lighting. #2. If you could edit a lighting string individually ie. Click and drag to move the boxes left and right instead of deleting and adding just to add a new function into the the lightning string.

As this is our initial launch for the software (Lightshow studio 1.0), there may be other vehicle models in future updates, as well as, other improvements. Compared to the windows version, this is a major improvement. Thanks for the feedback

Just a side note I actually don’t care about the light show on a vehicle as a general rule however the light show feature would be a great safety feature if you are on the side of the road changing a flat tire to signal to oncoming traffic that you are disabled and please change lanes for safety. I’m just saying I can’t be the only person to think of this so I will be turning on light show feature for my 2020 jeep gladiator rubicon.

What exactly does the Delay option change? I've made a custom light show and changed steps from a "0" Delay to a "10" Delay and saw no change. What exactly is its function? Thank you.

Any time frame on when you guys will allow the yellow DRLs on the challenger to be on while the headlights are on at the same time? You guys mentioned changing settings to Canada but even on that setting it doesn’t work. My car is a 2018 Dodge Challenger RT.

When talking with the engineer, by default the vehicle turns off the DRLs when the headlights are turned on.. This feature is currently only available on the TaZer DT and we don't have a time frame on it being implemented on the standard TaZer. I recommend reaching back out to customer support ([e-mail]) and added a request for the feature to be added (bottom of the main page of our site)

custom light shows without this is a PITA, have to constantly go back and fourth between the laptop and the car. its a huge hassle

Hi, I just got the Tazer for my Jeep Wrangler LT, Are you really only able to activate 2 lights at a time??? I've been playing around with the light show application and cant seem to find a way. I'd like to have Right Turns / Right reverse / and 3rd brake activated all at the same time. How do I add additional lights to the same time frame???

Yes, it is limited to only 2 lights at a time, same with the Windows custom lightshow editor Sorry if that is an inconvenience for you

If you have already updated the firmware can you just unplug from vehicle and connect to mac to start configuring then save your custom LS. Then remove it from Mac plug back in vehicle and do full reboot and 2 sleep cycles?

Yea, if you're just making a custom lightshow, there's no reason to perform a full reboot and two sleep cycles. For the custom lightshow you can just remove the TaZer from the car, make the lightshow, save it, and plug it back into the vehicle

How do i edit a light show? Can I change one or do you have to delete it and start over?

Fairly certain only the last one in the timeline chain can be changed, so if there’s a previous one you’d like to edit you’d have to remove the ones after that first

I have deleted all from bottom as for trying to costume the 3 nd never been saved ! After deleting all them nd trying to redo custom 3 light show! The original lightshows 1-6 never showed on bottom on the MAC ZPU !! I updared the tazer on the ZPU site nd now theres no updates new uodates showing on the ZPU latest firmweae to choose or select it !! Prior i was able to see the 2 furmwear , the latest nd the previous furmwear,, now nothing ! Also at first attempt after uodating tazer to MAC latest furmweae , the pin in car did not save nd mest up entire process to were i lost car peddal nd could not bring car back till scott from tazer helped me a a unmary code process!! After all that ,,, now the ZPU platform will not comunicate with the tazer on MAC !! also tazer blonks red green or no bliks sometimes while i am on zpu uodating firm wear!! So i m thinking tazer is no good as zpu wont comunicate with tazer!! Idk man but i also noticed a link on zou tazer fix a link fir MAC drivers update!! Well up in clicking that link,,, that site said this is a chinese owend site !!! So i whent ahead nd selected latest MAC driver thinking that may b thats why tazer nd zpu in mac dontvrecogniseceachother!! Come to find out , my mac was up to date there was no need to uodate from that sites the driver bc my mac was uodated !! So now i feel bc of that selected driver from that site now tazer nd zpu dnt comunicate nd lost original new firmwear uodating functions!!! Let me knw what u think of this! Ty
