Noriko REESE VS REESE PM! Helpful COMPARISON! IS THERE enough DIFFERENCE to justify the PRICE?

This has been so helpful. I’ve been a fan of Reese for a long time and have debated about spending the extra money on the PM. Also, thank you for showing it in the Champagne rooted. Reese is one of the first wigs I bought years ago. I got tons of compliments on it. The pros: Noriko fiber last ( or at least use to) for a long time. There are pretty colors available, including rooted, and they are generally affordable. I wish they had had the mono option available back then. So that’s great that they are making that option available. I found the style also worked well with head bands, etc.. For me I found it to be too much hair in the end for what I felt comfortable with per my own bio hair was never thick even on its best day. But It’s a good option for people who can work it! Thank-you for your response. I am a hairstylist of 45 years...the last 4, my hair stopped growing. I do everything to change my look. I am so tired of the length..I have tried everything to promote hair growth. No luck. So I have decided to buy a wig. I thought the Reese style was a good place to start however, I have been looking at the Rachel Welch wigs and love her cap. I wish I could get the Reese style in a Racheal cap.... Is there any other good caps available in the Reese style. I also liked the straight up with a twist.. However I really like the wispy front of the Reese....help!! ❤️

About 6 to 8 months ago in the beginning of my wig journey I bought a wig at a local wig store that cuts tags out and doesn't give you the box that goes with the wig you buy. I absolutely positively love the wig and have searched high and low to find where to buy another. I didn't want to return to the original store because of the tag thing as well as the more I learn about wigs I found I paid way, way too much for a basic wig (much more than Reese PM.) I visited a different brick and mortor store yesterday wearing her and asking if she knew who was upon my head. She was able to tell me what I had and the color is one of two choices. Reese by Noriko in either creamy toffee R or butter pecan R. She didn't have a Reese in stock but I did purchase a different wig (she leaves the tags in and you get the original box! Important to me.) And gave me a very fair price on a RW brick and mortor store only wig. I am definitely going to order more of Reese, it's plop on the head run your fingers through it with a spritz of water and out the door. Looks great with a headband, hair clips large or small, punked out with JR piece out or more tame, tucked behind both ears, one ear, untucked. She's a great everyday any day wig. Going to get a summer, fall, winter and perhaps spring collection now that I know who my beloved is 😄 love your videos Taz, always very helpful!

Yes, this rounded shape is due to a flatter top which leaves it unbalanced.. but the roundness will settle some with wear XOXO

I am 22.5 , front to back 11 and ear to ear 10.6. Noriko is a bit snug for a day, then fine after that. If I do find it a bit too snug, I put it on an enlarged foam head. I made it by padding a wig head a bit. It stretches out in 24 hours perfectly. Permatease can settle quickly if you breathe on it closely. The hot air and "steam" from your mouth does it. I know it sounds odd but it does work! I enjoy my Reese PM a lot. It can be casual or dressy. Ive plucked the part slightly for a more realistic look.

When you look at the wigs side by side the regular Reese is thicker in appearance at the ends, below the rounded aspect of the wig. The Reese pm is obviously thinner in this area hence a more wispy appearance. Both however are beautiful !

Never quite understood why mono features were added when not needed. Seems, imho, as a way to jack up the price exponentially. Also, more mono means more heat, correct? My 4 yr journey with 50+ wigs (bought and sold) finds me ultimately going right back to square 1 (basic caps) ha! Funny how we seem to end up liking what we started out in.
