The last clip is why I never got my shoulders on my Warrior. It was a Mage + Rogue in Sunwell gear and they sheeped me and destroyed my druid partner. He quit the game shortly after that and I never got those awesome blue shoulders. Almost 15 years ago and I still remember it as one of the most frustrating arena matches I ever played in my life.

The two druids reminds me of a time when I dueled the tank in a raid. He was a feral druid, I was resto at the time. We were standing around waiting for everyone to show up (It was Hyjal Summit, so we were in the intermediate instance between the main world and the raid world). We got bored so we started dueling. It went on for a good 10 minutes before I realized everyone had arrived and were inside waiting on us. I felt bad about not realizing they were ready and immediately conceded the duel. Otherwise it probably could have gone on for another 20 minutes with no resolution. /lol

PoM Pyro got nerfed in the first few patches of Classic. Half of Pyroblast's damage is a (non stacking, long duration) DoT - it only does about 10% more damage than Fireball up-front.

@@bugrahanpurcek7369 No. I mean the literally changed it in vanilla, you couldn't stack trinkets/arcane power after a few patches. That was removed before Naxx came out iirc in '06. Back then people considered 2K a big crit, which is laughable given that Fireball crits for over 3K in raids consistently in Classic right now. Guys with no gear getting 2 shot by people with gear was a bigger issue back when 50% of the player base wasn't max level, and even less actively raided for BiS gear :)

When my guild completed Black Temple for the server first, we disbanded. The guild leader gave out items to those with the dragon points. So myself, as a warlock, received enough to make a full set of Shadow Resist gear. From that point on I stood in Ironforge duelling shadow priests and beating them with Drain Life. It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.

that sl/rdruid vs. sl/rdruid is literally the experience which traumatized me to this day. fights like these, together with the manadrain-oriented mm hunter/rdruid combo I also played back then scarred me for life, Im not even kidding. hour after hour of hourlong fights which ended up giving like 1-3 rating each... and if you lost once, it was like -30 rating, progress of like 3 full days lost... :(

1:02 jep thats me (you shoud have edit in the Sheep and the Sap aswell) at 2200 ranking we had 2 days R/M only.. after that my druide stopped playing because he was so frustrated... still enuff for s2 Gladator. But really on high Ranking the only thing you meet is R+M (Frost only), R+P(Shadow and Disci), W+D(Heal), W+HealPala and sometimes W+Shamen. Hell thats long time Ago now that everyone knows what he is supposed to do it will get way harder. Maybe i come back...

Short story from me, Cata time: I, Druid Heal, and warrior. Opponent: Priest and warlord. Both DD think: my heal is better,- less movement. The warrior told me he has a bug, his live bar flatters. I look at his live bar. No, there is no bug: 7 hots vs. 6 Dots. :)

The last one is so true. But Priests generally had the advantage if they talented into faster mana burn cast by burning opposing healers' mana (especially holy paladin) and then mass dispelling their bubble to secure kill. The only problem would be resto druid since they had the highest mobility.

resto druid or disc priest/hunter, any dps spellcaster/rogue, resto druid/anything, any healer/warrior. Sums up all the 2v2 combos in tbc that were viable. Mace spec warriors and resto druids killed the fun. I was unfortunate enough to play hunter at this time and still managed to get gladiator with deadzone. I don't miss WoW one bit.

Ahhh TBC, the expansion where the hybrid classes finally got love, and a great idea, heroic content being tough to beat, got nerfed into oblivion.
