you should take Arctic Reach - even more reason to take it because you took Cone of Cold talents, you empowered it so you wanna make them hit more, larger radius will help

Frost mages will be the best spec durring prepatch. Fire mages go oom too fast because to get the damage from talents you dont get clear casting, also ignites become personal, and frost does more damage from the water elemental. 7 mages water elementals is equal to a 4200 ignite for 90 seconds.

I wonder if mages will play that spec in area with rogue/priest. If you can do THAT much damage in a shatter with it like damn

Great video, but pyro isn't as powerful as you think at 60. Outclassed by the highest rank of fireball since AQ20 release.

Loved the video until you got to the Frost PvP build. I don't want to be explicit and say you're wrong, but you're wrong. No Artic Reach, No Imp Blizz is silly. Moreover, you don't need any points in Arcane Focus.
