Yeah but thats because retail kill pressure is all about cool downs, where as u just have baseline pressure in classic and tbc from damage it doesn't revolve around burst cds

All casters are to different degrees. Partially a reason why dampening is not needed.

@@ziggs123 Depends and is more comp specific than resource specific. Rogue technically has energy but most of it's power is cooldowns so they're a quasi-resource. Warriors and to lesser degree Hunters are indeed more resource-free and there are comps that use it to their advantage, but it's a situational advantage at best. Biggest difference is, damage and defensives in arena are a lot more linear and consistent, you don't rely on cooldowns like in the MoP and onwards version so you can kill at anytime, instead of waiting around for cds.
