One of the finest lectures/sermons found in the youtube among our community. I'm sure many logical men will appreciate this, and accordingly make more space for women in the higher echelon within our Tangkhul churches. Every sermon should be backed by certain rational explanation(such as this) bcoz our God himself is a "rational God", not something merely based on myth or emotion. No doubt, as human, our rationality may have certain shortcomings, but to the fullest possible as we can, rationality should always back every bible verse quoted in sunday service sermons in the church. That way, we can convince and win more souls. Otherwise, to be pragmatic, these days "Emotion" alone is too difficult to convince and bring back the Lukewarm souls. After all, Emotion and Rationality are not always antithetical. And Thank you TBCB for this blessed content.

Women pastorship is not just about equality of men and women it's more about doctrinal and biblical..pulpit should not be use as a mere stage to advocate the feminist agenda's. God granted different responsibilities to men and women with respect and dignity. Men and women are equal in Christ but different in responsibility.

True, You don't have to be pastor to be a minister of God. It's not the name that matters but what matters is the Gospel shared regardless of your status.

We earnestly want loads of Women from our society to be a minister of God, but to be a minister, do you really have to be a pastor to expound the Gospel? I don't know if you think otherwise but when speaking about leadership(particularly in a church) or pastorship many sophisticated women tend to lean towards the system of equality which is real adsurb, just because the problem of gender inequality prevails right under our nose does not mean it should be applicable biblically. Like I mentioned, it's not about equality rather it's about the authorities, doctrines and the inspiration penned in the bible that's being affected. Just because a person finds it hard to digest the scriptures does not mean he/she should interpret it in he/her own liking and live on with it. Don't get me wrong people, we are all created to serve one Master and He had given His orders in term of words(Bible). So, Let us not try to override with our logics or emotions Instead let the bible speaks for itself, the truth and not be disheartened with the bitter truth the Bible tends to convey. Afterall we are all commanded to Preach the Gospel and it don't have to pertain one's standard, names, status or power. SHARING THE GOSPEL SHOULD BE OUR KEY NOT STATUS. I apologise if this truth had given anyone a hard time to breathe.
