The teir 6 mastery trait off the Bortasqu seems to be the cannon counterpart to the trait off of the Connie 3 that worked for beam fire at will and beam overload or cloaking. I do wish the Bortasqu was given a hanger bay like the other legendary flagships. Although this would have classified the ship as a multi-misson to keep the 5/3 and still be a cruiser vs a dreadnought.

Just picked up this bundle yesterday because of the end of the year sale. It's actually quite good. Love the Klingon vessel because of the fact that it has an enhanced battle cloak and it's good for torpedo builds

The great thing about the Avenger's quad cannons is that you get to run mixed armaments without having to use a turret. It seems like an extremely good ship.

Flagship consoles on any ship is great. I also didn't know the (Akira) torpedo defense console can be used on any ship too. I hope they unlock the command ships' platform consoles. I love those.

The Akira console set got updated to be able to be used anywhere when that legendary pack released. The legendary Mogai and the console set for that got the same treatment, too. That means the Shield Absorptive Frequency Generator console that was once Warbird only is now usable on any ship.

I’m Super Excited for this Bundle (and I don’t like their expensive bundles typically) however !, for the Legendary Inquiry ? ! ! Let’s Go ! ! I maybe one of the few who think this ship is super cool ! 😎 The turn rate is now where it should be (imo) for being a smaller ship, . up from 8 now to 12 ! Huuuuuge improvement! Love the new look and deflector on the Inquiry also with a new trait and Quad Phaser Canons also! Wish Cryptic would also do a short video showcasing these items, . Like Martin1979 does ! Then we would be in business! Show them how to really create a buzz around the new items they wish to sell to the people’s ! “I don't even know what that means . . . No one knows what it means, but it's provocative ! Gets the people going !” Kudos if you know where that quote comes from 😁 Bortasqu all the traits and consoles also are Amazing! This bundle is worth it all the way around in value.

Super bummed about them shifting the eng and tac console slot around on the Legendary Avenger. With how much better Isomags get in multiples, I feel like that one change alone still makes the already existing Inquiry the better ship performance wise.

I also think this bundle is worth it, the extra fluff is nice specially the t6 coupon, and the avenger trait looks to be really good, will depend on how many times it can stack, the quad cannons sounds interesting overall a really good bundle

The trait probably only stacks twice since you can't really have more than two emergency power abilities active at once as they share cooldowns.

Noticed when you were viewing the Bortasqu in the C-Store it showed 6 officer seats but when you viewed the seating in space there was only 5. I wonder which one is wrong.

Anyone else getting to the point where they seriously think that Cryptic needs to getting into prorating? I would buy this bundle, but given that I already have access to 95% of what is offered, I'm not really willing to pay $78+ for what amounts to convenience and 2 traits, guns, and consoles that I will probably never use. They couldn't even cough up the Kobali console to complete the set?

But yeah i have the feeling that the only ship getting real love in options is the Miranda, but thats nothing new they stopped doing more than the minimum effort for customization back when they stopped doing custom bridges except for some promo & lobi ships.

The Legendary Bortasqu' having Enhanced Battle Cloak was a big surprised. I expected the regular Bortasqu' moving up from Standard Cloak to Battle Cloak, the same way the Vor'Cha did from prior versions to the Legendary version. But the Legendary Bort moved up twice to get the Enhanced version.

Seems solid ledge pack. A shame the quad cannons don't proc Surgical Strikes rather than cannon rapid fire, as CRF doesn't looks as good / as on screen visual as SS.

I seriously doubt Cryptic will add another (3) starship X-upgrade tokens, but fingers crossed. I think I'll stick with my campaign earned Inquiry & be content since I've already upgraded it x2. Some nice stuff in this bundle overall but I don't like re/paying for something I already have like: combat pet, satellite console, & uniform. A big question will be if the quads will play nice with other quads??? If all (3) factions' flagships' consoles are unlocked isn't having more than (1) factions' (3) flagships redundant for the consoles?

I just tried it. I can have the Hoh'sus frigate pet, the Jem'hadar Heavy attack craft pet and the Aquarius escort pet. All 3 summoned at once. I've been wanting that!

The Legendary Inquiry reminds me of the Vaadwaur Juggernaut, but with a much better turn rate. Very, very glad I didn't use my Event Reward on the Inquiry. I finished the Event Campaign on Tuesday and was planning on picking the Inquiry. So glad that I got the Sh'vhal and will get this when it comes to console.

I never got the Inquiry (cause the Grill was fugly) and I never got the Bortasqu (cause back then I didn't have the money). Funny enough I didn't get the other flagships (or the Vestas) until they were Legendary either, so....this bundle works quite well for me. You didn't go over the Kor uniform though.

The store listed a 6th BOFF seat on the Bortasqu which it doesn't actually have. I'll wait and see if the trait on the Avenger is really good or not before buying this. I'd rather a legendary Negh'var over the Bortasqu.

Bortas Boff Seating HAS to be a typo ... 6 bridge officer slots with a Commander, two Lt. Commanders, two Lieutenants and an Ensign????? Edit: Yeah, it was a typo, so no Lieutenant Universal extra. Dumb thing is the Lt. Cmdr. Tac / Int hybrid with a forced Lieutenant Tac on top of it, so it's either OSS 3 or FAW 3 / SCV 2 without over-tac-clocking everything making the universal yet ANOTHER Tac.

I'm not at all disappointed that the Inquiry is effectively a copy/paste of the bridge officer seating from the promo. Command Miracle Worker is too good for what that ship is trying to do. Swapping Intel and Miracle Worker effectively changes it to a Surgical Strikes boat, and no other specialization really make sense there. It's kind of a wash with the consoles. I know the meta now favors isomag's, but it's too cost inefficient for the paltry bonus it'd give me. I'll stick with locators. Not sure how I feel about the Bortasqu. Missing attract fire really sucks on the tank side. It's a competent torpedo ship, but the Eagle is a madman, and this is a lumbering beast. It'll work for DEW, but you lose Surgical Strikes 3, and I honestly want Miracle Worker for Beam Overload. I think I'll sit it out until a 35% sale happens. I want the new Inquiry skin, and for my purposes, the Legendary is a straight upgrade to the promo.

Review the trait "Best Offense" Only because it forces you to use shields for a +50% damage bonus to your energy weapons. It's funny only because it forces you to use Shields which is completely useless in the game aside from the bonus from this trait

Don’t feel bad, I bought the Inquiry from the exchange around 1,350,000,000 ish (Can’t remember exactly) when it came out and now I’m going to buy this bundle outright. Never know what Cryptic will do don’t be upset, there was no way of knowing about this in advance. I know I was surprised by this. For what it’s worth, the Original Inquiry does have more engineering slots for Isomags if you use them. On the original Inquiry I loaded it up with Isomags as Turn for the Modifier (getting it to turn quite quickly!) and with stacking weapon power it increases weapon damage as well ! ! That can help make up for the turn this one has, and you didn’t have to pay for the one you got ; )

I currently fly Inquiry battlecruiser as my main toon flagship and I am so happy with it. However I do plan on buying Legendary version and installing the Radiolytic phaser weapons with maelstrom torpedoes. You think @CasualSAB it is worth it? I want to make an absolute monster of this ship. What build would you recommend me in such scenario? Should I go for the beams or for the cannons (normal or heavy ones?) ???

Mixed Armaments Synergy. You are using a BO build along it so when the cannons fire it triggers the Cat2 to beams and then the BO will give CRF to the cannons *for free* and since its equal rank that means CRF3 that is a Commander Ability will be triggered for those cannons with BO3 that is a Lt. Commander ability. The problem is that single target abilities in STO are less preferable to AoE damage ones, this weapon does allow to run a mixed weapons build with MAS without having the trigger being unbuffed or having to use a ship trait to be buffed and on top of that its buffed to a single target ability by its buff trigger also being single target.

I have two main issues about the ships, bort should have changed ship classes, either to juggernaut or dreadnought cruiser. I would have also liked the seating on the two switched, with the bort being a MW ship, and the legendary avenger a either full intel or command ship. It would have also been cool to see a warship for the avenger instead of another battlecruiser. Also how did the bort get enhanced cloak but the legendary scimitar doesn't have enhanced cloak ?

The shared recharge time between abilities of that type. So for CRF it's 15s normally, and if that cannon proc is triggered, takes it down to 11.25s.
