5:14 a little explanation: In the misaki stairs in the manga I think hanako explains it better. You have to have permission to use the special power or whatever it’s called. Yako set rules since it is her domain that he can’t use his power in her boundary. But sensei (I don’t really wanna write his full name) let hanako use it.
