If you are Pakistani, having U.A.E. resident visa even then you don't need visa for Georgia. But you must have confirmed hotel booking, confirmed returned flight tickets, sufficient amount of money for your duration of stay, clear cause/purpose of visit etc and NOC etc from your company or office. We visited Georgia in September 2017. It is really beautiful and romantic country. We stayed in Hotel Salamar which is near to Tbilisi city.

Asalamoalakum sir I've lived here in Tbilisi 1.5 years and had my hostel in Marjanishvili. It is a beautiful country. The language spoken here is Kartuli, which has a lot many Urdu/Persian words. I came here on UAE residency and obtained their TRP. Business wise it's zero, to be honest.
