She is Ditway’s girlfriend. He helped produced & directed this MV. Since I speak & understand both Khmer & English fluently, I can tell you the translations off a bit. It’s always more meaningful when you can actually understand the lyrics. If I had more time, I can go around translating every Khmer MV but that’s just way too time consuming for me at the moment. Maybe I’ll start my own YT channel to do just that in the near future. BTW, ‘nary’ (na-ree) means ‘lady’. She was mixing some English with Khmer. 🇰🇭🙏🏼

It is a rain dance that explores the Cambodian myth of thunder, lightning, and rain associated with Hindu and Buddhist mythology. In This music video. In the start is the Khmer story telling, like the traditional way, we called Lakhon Niyeay "ល្ខោននិយាយ" The story is from RiemKee "រឿងរាមកេរ្តិ៍". Normally Lakhon Niyeay is telling with the show of Lakhon Sbek Thom and Toch "ល្ខោនស្បែកតូច និង ល្ខោនស្បែកធំ"។ Then they also show about the Khmer kingdom War since many centuries ago. And design the custom that about the ហនុមាន the Monkey war from the ReamKee "រាមកេរ្តិ៍" Story. In a part of this music show about the weapon of Cambodia Angel from the Khmer dragon king of Zodiac year. The material art called Lbok Toa "ក្បាច់គុណល្បុក្កតោ". The traditional dance, Royal ballet. Traditional accessories custom since Angkor Empire. The traditional story dance of Preah Chan "The moon". They show many other things of Khmer traditional accessories.
