This TBR is kind of epic though! I hope you do a reading vlog or 2 for them! 😍 I’m most excited for you to read Emily Wilde’s Encyclopaedia of Faeries bc that was my favorite read of the year! If you read priory then I’ll finally read it too 🙈 I also lovedddd seven deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle! I love a clue vibe with a twist. The beginning will be confusing but just keep going and it will come together. I ended up re-reading the beginning once I understood what was happening lol

My Dec TBR consists of: Dreams Lie Beneath by Rebecca Ross, Bookshops and Bonedust by Travis Baldree, Fourth Wing, potentially A Day of Fallen Night (Priory's prequel) and my Book Club pick is Starter Villain by John Scalzi.

I read Phantom of the Opera shortly after the 2004 film came out. And it made me fall in love with all things POTO (from music to fanfic to books to diff movie versions, etc.). I’ve wanted to read Valley of the Dolls for the longest. One of my goals for 2024. I’m reading a lot of thrillers and fantasy romance. Two books I just finished are the fantasy romance ,The Foxglove King by Hannah Whitten (4.25/5⭐️) and the thriller Everyone in My Family Has Killed Someone by Benjamin Stevenson (5/5⭐️). Now I’m reading a short thriller, The Rise by Ian Rankin and going to finally continue bk 3 in the fantasy romance (more fantasy teeny tiny romance but that’s okay) Blood Heir trilogy, Crimson Reign by Amélie Wen Zhao.
