Still saddens me to this day. This band was fucking killer from 2002-2006. Then, they all let themselves go and Adam didn't bother to stop his career-killing smoking habits. And don't say they got old, because this happened in 2009, when Adam was 28. Sucks we lost what was perhaps the perfect alternative rock band.

I had in fact just come from listening to Flicker Fade :) which was why I had the connection, I didn't think TBS to be pitch correction users so wasn't really looking for it, was instead just impressed at how much more pure and at pitch he was back then, but yeah after your comment, it is more than a little too pure and pitch perfect isn't it :P

Noticable tone correction on both Adam and Fred in this video..pretty blatant..Check out the live video for their new song "Flicker Fade" and I think you might get a better idea of how Adam is still incredible..and no tuning whatsoever!

Eh, his performances are usually a mixed barrel. This is actually one of his better ones but I saw another video of this exact song where he sounded pretty terrible. To be fair most of the songs are pretty damn hard to sing (lots and lots of straining) so I don't blame him but I don't think you can call him the most amazing. I have to say however, he's amazing in the studio (and I don't think it's because of any mastering)

TBS songs are almost impossible to sing live. The way this man "sings" he won't have a voice in like 10 years. Straining his voice with a little touch up in the studio, it sounds great, but TBS live is not too good. This performance is a little bit better than most I"ll say.
