Is that real ? Are bricks real ? Are they baked if so easy to break . If real . How much time is he spending Conditioning his hands ?

It took years to be able to do that. Martial artists train for years themselves to be able to break bricks

@cooler1854 he's been doing it for years and has world records, he obviously trains, he just doesn't train this amount..
