I don't know if it's the same in the states as here in the UK but we have to wait for hours on end before a doctor is free to see you.. They treat (and rightly so) the severe cases first but even they have to wait.. I personally was sat in pain as I was in An accident where I chopped the end of one finger off and the finger next to it was bent backwards as the bone inside had broken.. And it was nearly 3 hours before I got seen. Meanwhile I had soaked up a T shirt a hoodie and a towel with blood.. I didn't think it would ever stop pouring out.. But it eventually did

Here in new Zealand in the emergency a&e i waited over 2 and a half hours to get my toe seen too I had to see the nurse first to explain how the accident happened then I had to sit back in the waiting room wait for the doctor to see my toe then wait again in the waiting room and then see another nurse it takes a very long time you have to fill out a form first .

That's about $1,200 bucks and its unlikely that your current plan will cover that particular injury.

No, he could be liable for a damage restitution, though. But it will be relevant wether he was drugged or not and if he really is to blame for the very small chance that this could happen. And if the chance of it happening, isn’t big, then he wouldn’t be liable via blame. However, perhaps some other way - possibly via generally accepted views in the society - he could still be liable. But it wouldn’t be enough for assault, so there is no way he would go to jail for this in a the US. He’ll just possibly be liable via the civil law…

Im glad they show how hospital and ppl who work there actually treat ppl. That's real ,they don't deserve thanks , they let u die right there if pay one dollar less before even look at u. Because of corona they send so many thanks to them, they really not deserve it at all. When i was little i saw an old man crawling on the ground beginning the nurse to do something for him,he was literally dying, she was screaming at him SHUT UP , u wouldn't do that to a healthy old man , another time i saw a sergeant smoking cigarette while he was working on someone's open head, i saw them with my own eyes. When i was teenager, my balls start to pain so bad , that hore ppl call nurse said go sit there until i call u, even no other patient were there, then she start to flirt with that doctor over there for 1 hour, i finally stand up n said what happened?is the doctor not working yet or what? I have so much pain, n it's been full an hour, she said u know what, i forget about u.😐 they don't even deserve the money we gave them.
