I really, really like this kind of content Jeremy. For me you put a special spin on hardware that isn’t matched on KZbin. From the OP-1 to the Volcas and other ‘rhythm boxes’ you’ve done, it’s lovely to watch. If I worked on a product that made music you would be the first person I sent it to. Thanks man, keep going.

This is one of the coolest things to come out this decade. In a day and age where everybody and thier dog in an engineer and has a studio, people charge unreal prices for used gear even if its not something thats rare or special, and youtube doesnt help. Its nice to see something thats practical, has an analog tactile feel , and isnt super expensive. I guarantee if this came out 30 years ago it would be between $600-2000!

I wonder if this is the start of something amazing... By that I mean, we all know that good VST's have become (for the most part) indistinguishable from their (very expensive) hardware counterparts. I would love to see a trend whereby manufacturers start to make self contained FX processor usb controllers. Giving you the tactile control you would have on a rack unit and at the same time taking the pressure off your CPU by running the effect off the actual module/controller. Very exciting indeed. Thanks for another fantastic video Jeremy.
@RedMeansRecording6 жыл бұрын
This is basically what UAD does, as well as the higher end ProTools hardware.
@GavinGavinMcGavin6 жыл бұрын
Red Means Recording Yea for sure. I just meant that I hope this becomes more of a norm. Can you imagine waves joining the party or fab filter?! The possibilities are endless and would encourage fledgling producers to really get to know their fx units as you're not exactly gonna use one of your hundred, cracked delay vst's when you have a hardware version of timeless next to your keyboard. I'm rambling now, but thanks for the reply and keep up the amazing work. Only if you want to though...

Wonderful video! I have a question I'm hoping somebody coul help me out? I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. I know the controller can control multiple instances by changing plugin window focus (and click the link button on the left??), but does the controller need plugin focus (window focus) to control the parameters? Or can I put a single delay on a send somewhere and link the controller to control that plugin instance without the need to actually focus the window? In other words: do I still have to use the mouse to open a plugin instance everytime I want to control it? I would like to use it as a single controller for an 'always on a send' kind of situation with continuous control. That would be cool.
