Ok. First of all, you are a very loving, patient cat mommy 😻 and WOW you have such great ephemera to work with. Great stuff. I really enjoyed watching your sorting process. So you sort the single bits by size first, then color ? Or you just sort of know what you like and don’t worry about the color. I’m so excited to make some Halloween journals. I know this is an older video, but I hope there’s lots more Halloween Journals to come (yeah, I’m new at this, and apparently very late to the party). But I’m here now 🤍🤍

Oh, thank you so much! I tend to sort by size first and then from there I pick and choose what will work best for the page I'm working on.

@@cherylmacedo5521 oh I'm sorry, I forgot to answer that question. I got a lot of the images from copyright free sites, pixabay and pexels. I typed into the search things like scary forest, spooky trees... Things like that.

Thanks! Most are kits, but I did find a lot of really awesome images from a copyright free site. First of all, thank you for subbing, hello and welcome to my channel! I'm so happy that seeing my process helped you out! This has definitely beed a fun series to do, and seeing the positive reactions to it, I think maybe I should take this approach more often. I need to clean one of my closets, but I when I do, I thought it might be fun to bring along my camera when I go shopping in my stash for an upcoming journal theme... Whatever that may be. 🤔

Hahaha... Yes, that is 100% accurate, and he does do whatever he pleases! I swear, he just wanders around biting everything in sight. It's good to have things like these videos to remind myself he needs a yes for every no. That's just his way of telling me it's time to take a break and play. ❤️
