There is such a huge difference between the XBOX ONE version and the 360 version. It's like they are two different games. I own the 360 version and it's nothing compared to this version

Playground did say to think of the two versions as different games with the same ideas. I also think they weren't going to come out with a 360 version till mid development which is why the 360 version is probably more gimped than it should be.

cars missing, game doesn't look as aesthetically pleasing, no rain, no dirt remnants on cars, lack of foliage off road. missing features e.g. car meet. no roll after level up, only XP, and others.

twin turbo are way better for controllability, because one turbo is regular smaller and spins up earlier... that means you get more torque in the lower rpm band and the second one is bigger and gives you maximum horsepower ...

what youre explaining is a compound turbo set up. where a smaller turbo feeds the bigger turbo. twin turbos are ones of the same diameter that do not come in contact with each other.
