The thing these informational videos lack is the problems a lot of people, myself included, face when it comes to being hard stuck with teammates that don’t get kills and/or die a lot. At that point what do you do? Play slow to avoid your 1 death being the reason the game is over or play for placement and pick people off? I can tell you this. I should be in crimson. I was in season 1 and of my friend group, I am the better of us. They get 0-3 kills consistently and I am hard stuck high diamond 2 bc if they don’t get kills, if I die, that wait timers not going down and chances are my teammates are going down with me.

I usually play ranked with a friend (who I usually play duos with) and a random. Queuing with one random and my friend I was able to make it to diamond 1 and my friend would be in Plat 3 and the random is whatever. I swear I try so hard to do well in ranked games but like u emphasize in your video you need a team that will stack and work together. My friend doesn’t really play together all the time and our random will usually run off and push a team on their own. The highest I’ve ever gone in ranked was approximately 5900-6000 SR and I can’t reach any higher than that. I don’t think I’m good enough to make crimson but I feel like I could make diamond 3 at least if I had the time and teammates who aren’t bots (sorry to my friend if he ever reads this 💀)

So the tips require you to have a team, working together, with comms...Yeah, if I had that I'd win most games. Trouble is, our third bailed on us after years gaming together and my second is only on for an hour after work, so I'm by myself with randoms. Randoms who are usually also another "R" word that I can't use here...They just keep landing into firefights and instantly dying over and over and over, so if I'm pushed by a team, game over. I'll be saying into the mic "hey guys, come to Stronghold, nobody landed here, I just bought a loadout, we can defend easily", and they of course have no comms and they ignore me and instead plummet onto Control Center roof over and over again...Which, by the way, pings me for other teams. Eventually I'm pushed and I end up swimming around the Island desperately trying to survive. But I'll get killed and lose 40 SR every time. Now, when I'm with my friend, the two of us are good enough to win even if we have an inexperienced team mate. I won two in a row with him yesterday. But if you're with randoms, forget about reaching final circle most games. And if I go online after 6pm, all the Asians arrive and they have iridescent emblems and "top 250" calling cards and they are all disgusting cheats who beam me from across the map through walls, so I can only really play in the afternoon if I want to gain SR. PS: no way you're moving like that with a controller. I used to play with a high dpi mouse, now I'm on X-box, and even on "insane" it's painfully slow.

How are you stuck. Means you are trash, start focusing on staying alive without fights. Better to stay and loot. Don't land high land zone. Land off the map and let your mates handle the rest. Be a respond area
