34 years old and going for airborne. Meps sent me home last week because of high blood preasure. Listened to your channel for the hour drive home. Changed my diet and a week later I'm 112/70. In the gym watching this right now. Going back up next month. Love your stuff brother 💪

Yeah brother, I do not know, I probably recognized it more when I was training so hard, I was doing things that I never thought I could do, trying to find a wife, trying yo better my life....I achieved this state of conscienceness not by myself, but to my family, to my friends, to everything that I respected, everything that I knew and loved in my life....All that sweat, all that work, it all meant something, I mean it could not have been for nothing....I was one with those that had gone before me, and thise who would come after....To walk in the clouds again, for the light to shine one more time in my life, to rise from all of this shit....Thanks for posting Cav, love you brother💪💪💪
