Tchaikovsky ha sido el músico más genial. Sinfonías, conciertos, fantasías, música para ballet, óperas,... Su obra se inspiró no sólo en la música de su Patria Rusa, sino en la música de varios pueblos del mundo. Por estas y otras razones más, Tchaikovsky es el más universal y completo de los músicos hasta el presente.

david Salomón No pienso que sea el mejor pero sí es uno de los más completos. En mi opinión hay compositores para todo, Chopin era el dios del piano y Paganini el del violín, el amo de los Lieds sin duda es Schubert y sus increíbles melodías, Mozart el niño prodigio que dejó con la boca abierta a todos los músicos, Bach el mayor influencer de todos los tiempos pasándose toda la edad del barroco en la cima, Beethoven revolucionó la música y ayudó al desarrollo del clasicismo para pasar al romanticismo, el toque simple pero bellísimo de las piezas nórdicas de Edvard Grieg, Verdi tiene óperas que son básicamente himnos, también tenemos a Wagner uno de los más potentes y espectaculares del romanticismo y Strauss (ambos) tiene los mejores ballets que haya escuchado
