I like to think that this is Tchia's intimidation strategy. She's always calm, positive, helpful, and polite. But at the same time she doesn't hide her powers and over the course of the game, makes it very clear that she could destroy the entire island if she wanted to. I can see a parallel with Pratchett's witches: when one of them walks into your home and says "Blessings be on this house", you can't but think what else can be on this house if she wanted it to.

It is already. And if you're on PlayStation Plus with the extra tier (basically PlayStation Game Pass), you can play it already. Unfortunately it's locked to 30 fps but the devs are working on getting that to 60

For some reason I am totally in the mood for this type of a game. Lately, I have been playing Stardew Valley with the goal of 100 percenting it. It's just a nice, chill way to while away hours with farming, fishing, mining, giving loved birthday gifts, making huge amounts of meaningless virtual money off starfruit wine. It is just so wholesomely satisfying.

@@peterclarke7240 When you are harvesting crops or picking up minerals in the mine the game gives you this "you are collecting things" bloopbloopbloop sound effect and it is so soul satisfying. I love that bloop noise! The feedback loop is very addictive.

Day 991 of requesting Zoo Tycoon. Games really need to ditch the mini-map and quest-marker systems that make it trivial to navigate the world. I watched a news report that explained how overusing GPS can actually be bad for the brain because it removes the need for spatial awareness. That immediately made me think of all the video games that are basically just following a GPS route everywhere you go. So apparently not only is it bad game design, it's unhealthy!
