I have a question. If I am a right-handed shooter, should I be jumping off of my left foot? My right leg is considerably stronger than my left leg and I feel more comfortable jumping off of my right one, but I feel like I shoot more easily when I jump off of my left foot.

I don't understand why you can't intercept the opposing teams' passes. This means there is essentially no defensive strategy to this other than positioning yourself to catch the ball after it's played off the trampoline, right?
