I for the life of me can not set up the call screen feature on this phone. I had it since June of this year, cause it was on sale at boost mobile. Anyways I tried the Google help center and it still doesn't answer how to really activate the call screen feature or does this phone not support it?!

Hi - I'm having a weird problem with my TCL 30. I've had about 2 of these and never had this new problem before. Whenever I drive out of my Tower area, like another area in NJ, about an hour away, when I drive back to my home area, my phone basically factory resets itself and ALL my Apps icons, page layouts get wiped out and some weird Apps that come with the phone get put in place. My Apps are all in the Drawer but I basically have to re set up my Home screen Apps and all the other pages too! This is driving me Crazy, I've Never had this problem before! Has anyone else had this problem! This phone is driving me crazy, I can't re setup my App pages every day. It's like it re-syncs with the Network, but wipes everything out. Please help if you can. I'm afraid to buy another one of these stupid phones.
