TCL TV Not Detecting USB Pen Drive: Fixed

This video can help you if your TCL TV won't recognize your USB flash drive or your smart TV is not detecting your USB pen drive.
This is most probably due to the wrong file system selected when the pen drive was formatted at first.
File system used in Windows are NTFS, FAT32 and exFAT.
Follow this video very carefully and do not skip, or else you may miss some important steps.

Brother i am trying to use my pen drive as a secondary storage. After formating the drive when i click 'Migrate data to this storage' and move now i shows could not migrate data to general usb drive

Give it a try with the following: Go to Settings -> System -> Developer Options. Scroll down and look for Force allow apps on external. Enable the feature.

if i change the format to fat32, its not allowing me to copy more than 4gb into the pendrive. pls help.

This is correct. One of the drawbacks of FAT32 file system. It only supports a maximum individual file size of 4GB. pcguide4u.com/fat32-and-ntfs-file/

And again this is issue if i want to see an action camera video because after the action camera dont regognize the sd card and i cant see for example a 14gb video

If you are using NTFS file system USB, it won't recognize it on the FAT32 USB doesn't support more than 4GB of TV (though it will recognize it). Reference article: pcguide4u.com/fat32-and-ntfs-file/

I dont have laptop so , how can i do? Do you have another method by using smart phone?

I would suggest getting the USB formatted using laptop/desktop. Take a help of your friends or family who have a Windows machine.

Mine is 55" 4K Ultra HD Smart QLED and it does support 64GB as i have tested. Not sure on 128 GB but my guess is, it does support.
