When I was 8 years old with a friend of mine we tried to reach the spirit of WC Fields through a Ouija board. We asked him for a signal that he was in the room, and after 15 minutes of nothing suddenly the doorbell rang. Imagine two young kids in 1972 sitting in the basement in the dark staring at a w.c. Fields poster. Our blood almost ran cold and I swear to this day nobody was at the door because I checked in less than a minute flat

That was one of my favorite W.C movies! I used to love him when I was 15 and I still love him today! I spent many a stoned saturday night laughing at WC fields!

I remember the beginning of a W.C Fields movie where he made a grand entrance flying in and landing a gyrocopter. I never learned the title of that movie.

It is a wonder actors came out of these stunts alive back in the day. Most of the stunts are amazing, and few doubles were used. Special effects were almost non-existant.
