I get that someone joined on 20th Feb 2022 wont get the FAV on 20th feb 2023. But what about the annual year end hike on March 2023?

I am not sure if you will get it or not..i would suggest you to reach out to yoir manager 1st after that you can connect with business hr assigned to your project

I didn't initiated my band. my rating was 3 currently iam unallocated.will I get digital incentive in next cycle.I completed bizzskilltrack2+unit external elective my doj was 23/12/2021

If you are unallocated you have to check if you have worked for any project for a perticular appraisal cycle if yes you will get because they will release bands that you have to check in speed

No you are not eligible you will get the anniversary letter but not the increment

No you will get the appraisal..Dont worry by feb or march you will get it.

Nice content. I joined TCS in dec-2021 and I have anniversary appraisal on Dec 1,2022. Till now I worked in 2 projects and now I'm unallocated. In this case who is responsible for my appraisal process.

First of all check in speed and check who is your hr and ping that person. If you are exp you will not get the appraisal FAV

First of all.discuss with your line manager if you are eligible, you also need to check if you have added your goals in ultimatix

So ask your manager about your ratings your manager will have to give it.But do remember if you are experienced and completing 1st year you wont get increment
