Everything you said is correct. I hve faced all these. Brinless people making meaning less policis bringingdown the value of TATA brand. Theese policies r not only employee unfriendly .. also a biggest loss interns of revenue and brand name. Already no one accepting offers from TCS.. verysoon freshers also dont aply for it.

I am so sorry to hear that. I do not think they will ask for any documents considering the situation. However, later on of they ask something, keep a death certificate or medical records ready. But I highly doubt they do that for these situations

Worst place to work.Gave me C band months after clearing wings 1,and halved my salary.I went through a major accident before that while following RTO,still got termination threat from project.Gave me and my family a lot of trauma and depression.Every living day is painful now. My career and my life is finished.I wish I never joined here. Barely surviving because I need to take care of my ageing parents.

Work from office causes traffic jams, causes more fossil fuel consumption due to more vehicles use, causing more air pollution causing global warming. Work from office also causes depleting ground water level due to increase in the cities population, otherwise people would be working from their native reducing the stress in the IT cities. TCS CEO is a clear-cut narrow minded psycopath who needs mental therapy, so are the CEO's of other IT companies like Infosys, HCL, Wipro and Accenture etc who dont care about the enviornment but only about money and tormenting employees.
