Why the size is 4?? when we have five input Values

cuz 4 is the index of 5th value in java index of any value starts from 0 so here we have 5 input so the index of 5th value will be 4

In ipa in one tc they input only four instance in the array. Just see the input format in the question.

Actually it created 4 objects in an array and then inside it there are 5 elements of each 4 objects
