Create CSS Flip cards in Canvas

Hello! I want to do this but I was wondering if this could include a video rather than photo? Or does it need to be a photo? And also if this can be used in a quiz?

This effect can be used anywhere that you have access to the Canvas HTML editor. I actually haven't tried it with videos but perhaps it would work. Animated gifs are fine.
