I noticed a comment about copying DCC moves. Well this school is in Texas. If any of these girls have aspirations of becoming a DCC, I would think this would be the place to start. It certainly makes sense to make the signature moves second nature as competitive as the auditions are. I’m going to take a guess that the comment came from a non-dancer as ANYONE that has performed would know that Any edge is a positive in this arena. These girls are impressive. DCC veterans will have a fight on their hands.

This was the 2011-2012 team, most of which were the Rose Bowl group that also performed at the Super Bowl. One of these girls made DCC and joined her 2010-11 teammate. Yes the routines were very DCC-like; the team was allowed to use the DCC entry. The girls had good high kicks; all of these would provide advantage for DCC tryouts. My daughter could kick her forehead and do a true jump split without a hint of sliding into it.

I would hope a pro team would be better than a college team loaded with underclassmen. I believe they had permission to use DCC entrance. This was 10 years ago. A couple of these girls made DCC.
