We will get 160watts out of this chip only when plugged in speakers are each 4 Ohms or less with the supply voltage not less that 13.8volts. Not to ignore good heat sinking to keep the chip cool.

It will damage. Datasheet says absolute maximum is 18V dc. Recommended voltage is 12V. My advice, use 12v - 14v maximum.
