How come a Best stock become worst performing (Due to bad news) They need to prove themselves innocent or they will tank 15-20% today and then direct delisting no doubt. but I love SMCI hope this will go back up after hours today. Best wishes

what the issue here is how the company has handled this situation. Charles LIANG should STEP down as the CEO, remain as Chairman and bring in a US Based CEO who can run this company and sell their products. Then you will see this skyrocket because from all the conversations I am having with my counterparts in the IT and AI industry, SMCI's products are not only better FOR NOW but also priced well enough so that they don't break their bank and with super fast install, they can be up and running very quickly.

Biggest mystery box out there tbh, but i feel there will be a massive profit taking or exit if this thing does respond significantly today. If it’s positive news today I still want some skin in the game but definitely will trim my positions.

Yup! I'm not touching it! Way too risky and they keep postponing their 10-K! I don't want "independent investigators" telling us "no wrongdoing found". I want a reputable accounting firm to sign off on the numbers they post.

It's absolutely amazing this company is once again in such financial accounting uncertainty. It's a fool me once shame on you type of a situation. How is the hell is the CEO and board to be kept on after another major financial mess the company finds itself in? The earning call (I am listening to it now) is a disaster and they are missing on almost all fronts. No leadership shown during this call and just a bunch of "we are not going to cover this or that" and "we are working diligently to address the issues". Again, just amazing that such a large company can't get it's financials sorted out and the CEO should be fully held accountable!! Thank God I did not invest in this POS company that seems to lack leadership and financial integrity. Imagine if they get delisted in the upcoming few weeks.....

No one got a clue of the reason why auditors left. Everyone is buying or selling based on pure feelings. I call it gambling, it could pay up or ruin you. Maybe there is no big problems or maybe there is.

@@fredvandenburgh And the really sad thing is that this is not the first time this company has been in the financial toilet. I agree that the CEO needs to be held accountable along with the entire board. If allegations are shown to be correct, then jail time might be worthy of their crimes. Problem is people buy these companies believing the hype and not really understanding what they do and their past history. Lemmings is the best word for many of these so called "investors".

@@fredvandenburgh DOJ is not investigating. We haven't heard about that except for one report back in September. The issue is the company hasn't denied it but then again if nothing is happening then there is nothing to confirm or deny.
