THE FACT that Cody was supposed to return in All Stars makes sense when you think about it, since Sierra said Cody for 22 minutes during this her time even though HE WASN'T THERE and would've filled up the numbers of the episodes...if Owen, Brick, and Anne Maria returned...but NOPE! we got disappointment.
