TDG: Penny Dreadfuls of Victorian London

I am not fond of negative game reviews since I'd rather spend my time learning about rewarding ways to spend my time, but I think there's an important thing to learn here. There are recreational activities and there is a category of these activities that we call games. I've played group fiction "games" like Fiasco and The Quiet Year. They're not good games, but they are good fun if that's what you're in the mood for. I would gladly give Penny Dreadfuls a chance if a friend offered.
