New Monitor Review Questionnaire / Office Hours

The webinar discusses the completion process of the newly revised Monitor Review Questionnaire. Staff completed a demonstration of the step-by-step process of completing the Questionnaire and answered questions from attendees on the process. The Monitor Review Questionnaire must be completed prior to any onsite or electronic monitoring review and is done electronically through the Compliance Monitoring and Tracking System (CMTS).
