Over the past few videos I've explained, in-depth, how to create your own TDI conversion harness. I felt like making a nicer one for my CJ, and this video shows that it works right.
The N75 code is there because this is my spare ECU that doesn't have my current flash on it. I've wired up the N75 pins in case I want to use this in conjuction with an electronic actuator (or I can always run the stock N75 as well).

@@TDISwap awesome thank you, I will be reaching out. I am not 100% which engine code I will be picking. Any suggestions? I am not trying to make crazy power with it or anything. Just a cruiser/take it through the woods once and a while. I was leaning towards an ALH, and beef up the injectors/turbo eventually. You’re running the Cj trans or a ax15?

@@tylerzwingman6754 I'm running an AX15 with a Centerforce Stage 2 cluth. Mine of course if a fully built ALH as well. Initially I had a GTD1756VK w/ 260 injectors. The CJ was fast. Like stupid fast. I then tried a 12MM mechanical injection pump with 280 injectors and a Holset HE200WG 5CM. That ran really well, but I felt as though the electronic injection pump was more refined so I switched back to that. So now I'm running the 11mm eTDI pump, .280 Jarod March full flow injectors, with the Holset HE200WG. Took it for a spin today, and even though it boosts up to 28 PSI, 20 PSI is more than fast enough. Just cruising I don't go past 10 PSI. They're great little motors.

@@TDISwap awesome, thanks for the info. I am ready to remove my AMC 304 and start working towards getting that TDI in there. With the ax15 did you have a lot of drive line modifications? I am slowly working through your videos lol

@@tylerzwingman6754 I moved the AX15 forward so I could use my T177 driveshafts. Other than that, no. I already had the BDS YJ conversion and added a body lift to help with the clocking of the 300. I also twin sticked it at the same time.

What did you use for the wiring to make the harness?

Multi conductor cable. Using the files, I figured out what sizes I needed and went with that. Remember that the CPS and needle lift need shielded wire.
