The hands are actually faster, only if they're gonna switch from one place to another. Theoretically, Void Reaver, Nuclear Fallen King, and Nuclear Monster are the fastest as they can spawn an enemy that speeds them up. If you're talking about base speeds, then yes, Ducky D00M(the 2022 one obviously) is the fastest.
