Nah Polluted Wastelands II is harder in hardcore you don’t have to deal with circuit boosted 20K hp Abominations that move down the path at sonic speeds and then have a second phase

*and see for rourself doing any strategy, one i copied was from a video using the loadout: G-Minigunnder, Ranger, G-Cowboy, Mercenary base. And the biggest issue was wave 22 because of the low amount of time you've been given to kill the amalgamation, and once that time ends, those toxics will just rush to heal that amalgamation, leaving you to die. (Commanders old range is needed.)*
