You can grind some matches on expert so you can get medic, isn't that hard

Sup, Yeah for sure it is possible, gjugg is super good and it can pretty much replace regular jugg completely. Spam top path for spawns and when void's left alone, spam bottom path. Remember to get an expensive tower at front and boost it with medic, so it can draw attention to endbringers. as for strat without medic, the only way to do it is with XWM, otherwise your stuff just dies too fast
