Definitely agree this was such an amazing scenic day those rocks as you began almost looked like ruins of old wall-fences, but I think they were just really cool rocks, you could see the transistion as you came into Te kuwiti, Looked like a sweet as set up at that trail angels Kiwi as lol, love it, also proper cool to have another fan run over and say hi, have a blessed rest of your weekend,

Spent a couple of nights early this week at Rangipo Hut. A trail runner passed through - said she's currently doing the TA "but took a day off to run around the mountain"!

Pretty neat alright when random strangers come up to you and introduce themselves, and tell you they've been following you. Not the first time it's happened for you, and I dare say - won't be the last.

Waitomo district is weird, it get's rain out of no where, it's bit like Kaimai Range... but it's why there is so many caves in the Waitomo district Enjoy your Te Reo vowels, because you'll get to another part of NZ and Another Iwi and it will be marginally different... yay for dialects hahaha but 99% the time the are correct... and work everywhere I really need to walk this segment, I really enjoy limestone outcrops... some how still after this many years. Awesome video.
