Dravidian always say TamizhNadu is the best state in Bharath. I agree due to natural geographical advantages, we have manufacturing units because companies can export to other countries due to availability of ports. The another aspect of that is Information services companies has started their coding branches in TamzihNadu. The actual fact is that during 1990's software export processing zone was in Mumbai, SEEPZ, Andheri and they have shifted to southern states, because of Mumbaikars will not tolerate when the work intrudes their personal lives and will not bend to work for 24/7 schedules during Hindu festivals, whereas the same is not in Southern states, more so in TamizhNadu.

This change is needed here. In TN Labour's are decreasing For the past 1 decade. The reason labour charges are high and working hours are less. Here they come for work by 9.30 am Upto 5 pm only they work. Due to this high business companies like, Hotels/construction/textile industries they brought cheaper workers from North Indiana in way lower wages/working hours. NO workers since they stay in accomdated places by the owners with good, simply they start work by 8 am and work upto 7 pm. So that industry problems are getting fast. They don't any unions etc., These people will go to NI for Tea & vada , but NI are not suppose to work here.
