Thank you for your video. I grew up in Nelson and used to holiday in Golden Bay. i havent been home in 23 years. Its silly that they now enforce a no touching the water rule. There's cow paddocks not that far away, and they used to let people dive there.

We have almost the same collection of Antics plush animals by the end of our trip as you guys. The blue penguin puppet, the big kiwi, the hector dolphin...

I'd almost forgotten about the springs! I haven't been there since the late 1970s (now I am showing my age). But backpacker adventures aren't just for younger people, us older people love travelling too! I want to go back to Golden Bay, it's a great place!
