Jason Adams No worries. Our view of the Millennium is one area that differentiates Adventists from other denominations of Christianity. Every denomination has unique views that make them beautiful and interesting. This is one of ours! Correction - after Believers are caught up in the clouds to meet Jesus (the Rapture) followed by 7 years of thr Tribulation, we then return to earth with Jesus to reign on Earth for 1000 years (the Mellenium) after which satan is released for a while only to be cast into the lake of fire for eternity. Then a new heaven and new earth are created in which believers live with God, Jesus and Holy Spirit forever.

I dont think this is very clear for children... a better illustration would help them understand that sin is breaking God's commandments, and why Jesus died for us. Children take things quite literally.. I imagine that to be scary, for a child to think that Jesus wants to cut us open and set us on fire... 🤔 why not explain clearly what these things mean?
